2. ORDERING DATA SETS AND REPORTS

Placing Orders

Orders may be placed using the online ordering facilities on this website. It is also possible to order by email, telephone or by post. Please contact our team via data@h2gc.com or on + 44 161 332 1949 if you wish to purchase by any of these alternative means.

You are able to revise and correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘make payment’ at the final stage of the ordering process.

Prices

H2 Gambling Capital takes every care to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing. However, we reserve the right to alter prices without notice. All prices are displayed exclusive of VAT.

Easy Payment and Security

You may choose from a range of Payment Options designed to suit you. Online payments can be made by most major credit and debit cards and you will be guided in entering your details when submitting your details for purchase.

For your security, your card details will be processed by PayPal, a secure Payment Provider, (this ensures safe transmission of your personal information using 256 bit full encryption over SSL), and only your email address, contact and delivery details, and details of your order will be passed on to H2 Gambling Capital. H2 Gambling Capital has no access to, or record of, the credit card details you provide when ordering.

In addition, this website is certified by Thawte as an assurance that information is kept private between our website server and your browser. Payment is charged to your card account when it has been processed by Paypal and your order has been authorised by H2 Gambling Capital – see Authorisation. Access Times

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the data sets or reports you have ordered are not available by emailing you. H2 Gambling Capital reserves the right to withdraw data sets and reports without notice.

All orders are subject to authorisation by H2 Gambling Capital. Any unauthorised orders will be fully refunded.

Acknowledgment and Authorisation of Your Order

We will notify you by email as soon as possible after successful processing of the payment to acknowledge receipt of your order, and payment. At some times, weekends and Bank Holidays ), acknowledgements may be delayed until the next working day.

If you believe acknowledgement or approval of your order is severely overdue, please e-mail our Customer Services at accounts@h2gc.com and we will take appropriate action. Alternatively you can telephone us on 44 161 332 1949.

Cancellation Right

Orders can be cancelled prior to approval if you email us at accounts@h2gc.com Please quote your order number, email address and address so that we can identify the order. Once any document has been either opened or downloaded H2 Gambling Capital are not able to provide any refunds whatsoever.

Law

The sale of data sets and reports is subject to English Law including all your statutory rights as a consumer.
